UPSC Civil Services Exam 2020: The Union Public Service Commission has started the application process for Civil Services Pre Examination 2020. With this, official notifications have also been issued. For registration and notification, you will have to visit UPSC’s official website upsc.gov.in.
Online application can be made for Civil Services Pre Exam till 3 pm March 3, 2020. The admit cards of the applicants will be issued three weeks before the examination. Objective type questions will be asked in the pre-exam. In which there is a provision of negative marking if the wrong answer is given. There will be a provision of 400 marks in the pre-examination. The pre-exam is only for determining the eligibility to sit for the main examination. The marks obtained in it will not be added further. If you have passed the pre-exam then your marks will not be added to the final result.
A total of 796 posts will be filled through this recruitment process. However, this number can be changed later. Pre-exam will be conducted in 73 cities of the country while the main examination will be held in 24 cities. At the same time, the interview of the applicants who have succeeded in the main examination will be conducted in the UPSE headquarters in Delhi. Applicants will have to pay Rs 100 as application fees. SC / ST/women applicants/women applicants are exempted from payment of fees.
