Education desk. National Informatics Center (NIC) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 495 posts of Group B Scientist and Scientific / Technical Assistant. Interested and eligible candidates for these posts can apply online on the official website https://www.calicut.nielit.in/nic/ till 26 March. NIC issued a notification on its website on 23 February, stating that online applications for these posts will start from 26 February. It was also informed that the date of written examination will be announced later.

Group B Scientist – B.Tech./B.E, M.Sc, ME / M.Tech, SCA, M.Phil / Ph.D.

Selection process
The selection of candidates for Group B Scientist will be done on the basis of written examination and interview. Whereas, selection of candidates for Scientific / Technical Assistant will be done on the basis of written examination only.
